Business Mommy--should be a new dictionary term headed our way very soon----
This past Wednesday, I got that BIG account call-- of course my 5 year old answered the phone, and was actually very good- he said who is this? and then said my mommy is in the bathroom--now that was the truth, but way too much info for the person on the phone!!
The person on the phone said hi and then told me what a cutie my son was on the phone-- so after a sigh of relief, I did say, how nice it is to have such a great personal assistant-- and we both giggled.
What I have come to learn, is that business IS business, but since so many people work from home these days, and the fact that I never take myself that seriously-- all helps. I love what I do, and no one will take that fun away from me, I might dress different, talk non-business sometimes, and even get silly, but I AM A BUSINESS MOMMY!!

I'm a stay at home mom as well. I finally found my calling if you will. It's the best thing i have done for myself and for my family. My only son Matt who is 11yrs is quite the active child. He is a busy boy.. . He loves to be involved in activities with friends and quite the socializer. An all around great kid. I'm blessed. Anyway, my business has given me the opportunity to be flexable with my schedual....so I'm able to attend his activities and do volenteer work at the school. He loves his mom being around for school lunches , field days and just being there . I call myself fortunate. My days are numbered though. Plus being out and about with him gives my business a boost because i talk to other moms and people along the way. So i have the best of both worlds. I teamed up with an International Wellness Company that manufactures non-toxic ,ecosence ,natural products at wholesale prices. I look for mom's who want to make an extra income from home and i'm loving it!
